This event, held on the 25th of May at the Mater Dei Hospital, was organized by The Department of Health Systems Management and Leadership, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Malta and Patient Safety & Quality Improvement Team (PaSQiT) at Mater Dei Hospital.
The Symposium focused on “Together for Patient Safety and Clinical Risk Management across all Ages” and discussed different initiatives undertaken toward improving patient safety and clinical risk management and celebrated achievements in these endeavours.
